Harwood-Watson Dance Studios encourages the growth and development of individuals through the practice of dance. The space of Harwood-Watson is not only a place of discipline, creativity, and exploration for dance but for the artistic community in the Central Florida area. Harwood-Watson Dance Studios not only offers an array of classes in many dance styles but also houses a black-box theatre as a vehicle for new and upcoming artists to present their work in a legitimate theater at a low cost. The theater is an experimental atmosphere intended to encourage risk-taking and each artist’s authenticity to their work. The studios and the theater are considered a place of education, experimentation, and play to nourish the artist in every person.
